Japan MIC Certification For Wireless Bluetooth Module
What is MIC Certification?
MIC certification is also known as TELEC certification. MIC certification is a necessary certification for type approval of radio equipment. It is a compulsory certification for wireless products to be exported to the Japanese market. It has no requirements for factory inspection, but requires ISO certificates or recognized quality control documents.
The MIC in the MIC certification refers to the abbreviation of MIC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Japan. MIC supervises Japan’s “Radio Wave Law” و “Electrical Communication Business Law”. In the previous certification industry, the radio wave method was called TELEC certification. بشكل عام, MIC certification is equivalent to TELEC certification.

MIC certification application process:
1. Fill in the application form, prepare application materials and samples
2. The testing agency reviews the application materials and initially tests the samples
3. The testing agency formally submits an application to the agency recognized by the MIC of the Ministry of General Affairs
4. Review the application
5. Sample test and provide test report
6. After the documents and test reports are passed, the Japanese MIC will issue a certificate
