Realtek RTL8761BTV High-Speed Dual-Mode Bluetooth Module

Dual-Mode Compatibility
The FSC-BT836B fully supports the Bluetooth 5.3 标准. While significantly improving data transmission rate, reducing communication latency, and expanding signal coverage, it is fully compatible with previous versions such as Bluetooth 4.2/4.0/3.0/2.1, ensuring seamless connection with both new and old Bluetooth devices. As a dual mode bluetooth module (br/edr + BLE) , it offers adaptive transmission power support for different modes: it can deliver a maximum transmit power (TX) of +10dBm in BR/BLE mode, while the maximum transmit power for EDR mode is +7.5dBm. Its receive sensitivity performance is also notable, with a minimum receive sensitivity of -94dBm in 2Mbps EDR mode, and a minimum receive sensitivity of -98dBm in BLE mode.
High-Speed and Stable Transparent Transmission
Benefiting from the technical upgrades of the Bluetooth 5.3 protocol and Feasycom’s in-depth optimization of Bluetooth firmware, the FSC-BT836B boasts excellent high-speed transparent transmission capabilities, which can easily meet the application scenarios with stringent requirements for transmission speed. Actual test data shows that when transmitting data via the SPP protocol, the module can reach a speed of 80KB/s; when transmitting via the GATT protocol, the speed can reach 65KB/s, far exceeding the average transparent transmission speed of 30-50KB/s of similar Bluetooth modules on the market.

For battery-powered portable smart devices, low power consumption is a core performance requirement. The FSC-BT836B excels in energy efficiency optimization, effectively extending the device’s battery life through precise power management strategies. Its power consumption parameters in different working states are as follows:
- 睡眠模式: 2.5mA in discoverable state, 9.89mA in BR/EDR connection state, 6.15mA in LE connection state;
- Working mode: 21.75mA in discoverable state, 24.92mA in BR/EDR connection state, 20.79mA in LE connection state.

OTA Upgrade Support
The FSC-BT836B supports OTA upgrade, which enables firmware update via Bluetooth without disassembling the device, providing convenience for product optimization and iteration after launch.
